Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of ReelMakerBot. They form a legally binding contract between you and Net Media Labs Ltd(company number 14025847), a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”, “ReelMakerBot”).
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can use ReelMakerBot
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. You may use the service in any country where doing so is lawful.
2. What we provide
ReelMakerBot turns a still image plus a text prompt into a short AI-generated video reel, typically around 5 seconds long. Each successful generation uses one credit. Credits are sold in packs.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are sold in packs at the prices shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record. They handle the taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) applicable in your country and issue your invoice or receipt.
- Credits do not expire, are not transferable, and have no cash value.
- We may change pack pricing in future. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the service to:
- upload images you don't own or don't have permission to use;
- create content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context, or infringes anyone's rights;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
- harass, threaten, deceive, or defraud anyone;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service or its underlying AI models;
- resell credits or service access without our prior written agreement.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach this section.
6. Your content and our content
- You keep ownership of the images you upload.
- By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
- The generated reel is yours to use — personally or commercially — once the credit has been applied.
- The service itself (software, design, brand) remains our property.
7. Service availability
We provide the service on an “as is” basis. AI-generated output varies in quality and isn't guaranteed to match any specific creative expectation. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Our liability to you
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
- Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary losses, including loss of profits, business, reputation, or data.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the total amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- If you are a consumer in the UK, nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Similar protections may apply in other countries.
9. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us (within the limits permitted by law) for any reasonable losses we suffer because you uploaded content you didn't have rights to, or because you misused the service.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Sections that are meant to survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Material changes will be flagged by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the change date means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Subject to your non-waivable rights as a consumer in your country of residence, you and we agree that the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
