This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use ReelMakerBot, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy is written to meet our obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as comparable laws where you live.
1. What we collect

Full card/bank details are entered directly with our payment partner Dodo Payments. We never see them or store them.

We do not use your uploaded content to train our or any third-party AI models.
2a. AI-generated content
ReelMakerBot uses third-party AI models (currently fal.ai's Wan 2.1) to transform your uploaded image and prompt into a short video. This is an automated process. The AI output is deterministic to your inputs — we do not make any other automated decisions about you, your account, or your access using AI. You can always contact us at admin@reelmakerbot.com if you want a human to look at an issue.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that meet UK GDPR's data-protection standards. Some process data outside the UK (USA, EU). For those transfers we rely on UK Adequacy Decisions or the UK Standard Contractual Clauses (the International Data Transfer Agreement), as required by UK GDPR.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct anything inaccurate,
- delete your data (where we don't have a legal reason to keep it),
- restrict or object to certain processing,
- withdraw any consent you've given us,
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email admin@reelmakerbot.com. We respond within one month.
6. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can fix it. If we can't resolve it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk · 0303 123 1113) or the equivalent supervisory authority in your country.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use only essential cookies needed to run the service (sign-in session, security). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
8. Children
ReelMakerBot is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
